Further Support
Scribble Out Burnout is designed as a space for personal reflection, creative exploration, and gentle self-support.
The Scribble Out Burnout journal is a gentle companion on your recovery journey - but it is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing ongoing distress or concerns about your mental health, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are in immediate danger or feel at risk, please contact your local emergency services or a trusted crisis support organisation in your country. You deserve care, support, and understanding.
If you are feel overwhelmed or in crisis, please reach out for support.
UK recommendations:
- Speak to your GP
- Call NHS 111, 999 in emergencies or go to Accident & Emergency if you feel unsafe
- Call Samaritans on 116 123
If you are outside the UK, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional or crisis support service in your country. You can search online for “mental health crisis support” alongside the name of your country to find appropriate local resources.
On my own burnout journey, I was assessed by a psychiatrist, prescribed medication and attended regular therapy.
That care made a huge difference - and I encourage you to seek the help you need too.
You don't have to do this alone
